Diane

PhD candidate in the Bacterial Toxins Unit, Department of Microbiology, Institut Pasteur. A scientist who is also curious about art and literature, Diane thinks that lab work is just like Sherlock Holmes solving a case, except for the fact that Sherlock wasn’t required to feed his clues! Diane wants to communicate science to people who have little knowledge of how it works, especially during these times when there is increasing distrust in science. Some of her favorite scientists are Marie Curie, Charles Darwin, and Jean-Marc Cavaillon. Her favorite book is The World of Yesterday by Stephan Zweig.
