Hervé is an engineer in the Parasite and Insect Vector department at Institut Pasteur. His favourite scientist is Hubert Reeves because he likes his way of linking different scientific fields whilst also taking into account the philosophical considerations. He appears to dabble in Latin, as seen in his article on cell death, and his dream discovery would be to understand the meaning of his life.
