Miruna is a PhD candidate in the Unit of Synaptic and Circuit Dynamics, Department of Neuroscience, Institut Pasteur. Miruna loves being a scientist because it is like “working in a huge playground for curious adults with fancy toys”. Science constantly puts things in perspective for her, and this is for her a perspective worth sharing. Miruna would like to understand how the brain works. She has learned it’s complicated enough not to expect grand ideas, but if she can contribute with her little piece in the vast puzzle of science, she will be happy. Her favorite scientist is Nikola Tesla, and her favorite TV show is ‘Black Mirror’.
